Refunds & Returns Policy

At Essentra Health, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, change of mind returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase provided that:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Opened, used, or consumed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, spoiled, or required by Australian Consumer Law.

Perishable Products

Many of our products are classified as perishable health and wellness goods. For this reason, refunds and returns are generally not available after 10 days from the purchase date.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty
  • Spoiled
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Significantly different from its description

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly supplied, Essentra Health will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns Process

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Return addresses may vary depending on the product supplied.

Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe advised by our customer support team.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary between banks and payment providers.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or required by law:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Products returned without proof of purchase

Sale Items

Some sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items may not be eligible for refund unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.
